Red-Fish Kapital SpA (a shareholder of the holding companies RedFish Listing Partners and RedFishLongTerm Capital) acted as financial advisor, supporting the transaction throughout its evaluation and planning phases with the assistance of Dr. Paolo Pescetto. Alliumtech is one of the leading Italian players in the creation of value-added services (VAS) for telephone operators, including both content and applications, in the information, media, and entertainment sectors (Content Service Providers: CSP).
This transaction represents a significant strategic step for Sysnet, which chose to acquire Alliumtech to expand its offerings and consolidate its leadership in the business-critical networks market. With this integration, Sysnet extends its expertise from mission-critical networks to voice, adding voice to its data capabilities, thus creating a comprehensive and integrated offering for all communications needs supporting critical business processes.

The acquisition of Alliumtech’s expertise will enable Sysnet to strengthen and diversify its services, accelerating its evolution from a data network management solution provider to an integrated data and voice network provider.
